A new Xbox Series X | S controller skin has leaked online, but it looks like it would be more at home in a candy store than in a game store.
The Xbox Wireless Controller with Mineral Camouflage was briefly replaced by Canadian Microplay retailer and spotted by a Twitter user @Alumia_Polska (opens in a new tab). AND second auction (opens in a new tab) it was also seen on the French retail chain Fnac before both pre-sale sides were removed.
The gamepad has a blue color scheme and a stained pattern that matches the other Xbox controller camouflage skins. According to premature lists, it will sell for € 64.99 – that’s around $ 62.50 / £ 58 / $ 96, and a similar price to other Xbox Series X | S controller designs.

The design of the Mineral Camo is certainly pleasing to the eyes and is essentially the blue version of the Daystrike Camo controller released last year. When this gamepad hit the shelves, two weeks of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate joined it. Microsoft will likely do the same with Mineral Camo, hoping to entice new users into its subscription service.
This new design looks much tastier – in the literal sense of the word. Its pastel blue colors do not resemble such a deep ocean or sparkling sapphire because sweets are cooked. Tear a bite out of his grip and you may find a caramel center (probably not, but I think so). Next to the lemon sherbert Forza Horizon 5 controller, it seems Microsoft is really leaning towards the candy aesthetic.
It’s crazy, but not as unusual as the many custom color combinations you can cook with the interesting Xbox Design Lab controller maker. Microsoft’s Gamepad Creator lets you design your controller color scheme so its twigs are exactly how you like it.
Remember that the Xbox Wireless Controller is also backward compatible with the Xbox One, and is a popular choice among PC gamers due to its ease of connecting to gaming platforms. Maybe you just want to add another tasty looking gamepad to your collection.
You can put your purchase on hold when the November sale is just around the corner. We expect to see plenty of Xbox Series X Black Friday deals in the next few weeks. In fact, the Xbox Wireless Controller has already lowered its lowest price on Amazon.
